This page explains the rules that apply when you play at Bizzo. It covers responsible gambling tools, account terms, privacy practices, and fairness expectations. These rules help keep gameplay fair, safe, and transparent for all players in Australia.
Responsible Gambling
Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a way to earn money. If it starts to feel like a necessity or causes stress, it may be time to step back.
Bizzo offers several tools to help you manage your play:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can add to your account. - Loss limits: Restrict the amount you can lose over a chosen period. - Session time limits: Decide how long you can stay logged in during a single session. - Reality checks: Receive pop-up reminders showing how long you’ve been playing. - Cooling-off periods: Take a break from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. - Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account.
You can set or adjust these tools in your account settings. New limits take effect right away. If you request to raise a limit, the change only applies after a 24-hour waiting period.
Warning signs of problem gambling include chasing losses, lying about how much you’ve spent or played, or feeling anxious when not gambling. These are real concerns, not personal failures, and support is available.
Free, confidential help is offered through Gambling Help Online and state-based services such as Gambler’s Help in Victoria or the NSW Gambling Help Line. You can also use device-level parental controls or blocking software like Net Nanny or K9 Web Protection if others share your computer. All players must be at least 18 years old. We verify age during registration and may suspend accounts if underage use is suspected.
Account and Game Terms
Only individuals aged 18 or older who live in eligible Australian jurisdictions may open an account. One person = one account. Duplicate or shared accounts violate our terms.
When you sign up, you’ll need to provide accurate personal details. Before your first withdrawal, we’ll ask for proof of identity and address. This is standard under anti-money laundering rules and protects both you and the operator.
Bonuses come with conditions. Most include wagering requirements (e.g., you must bet the bonus amount 35 times before withdrawing winnings), apply only to certain games, expire after a set period, and cap how much you can cash out. Attempting to exploit bonus terms, like creating multiple accounts or using bots, will void any offer and may lead to account closure.
Inactive accounts (no login for 12 months) may be closed. We’ll email you before this happens.
Fair play matters. Collusion, automated software (bots), fraudulent payment disputes (chargebacks), or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes breaches our rules. Such actions can result in withheld funds and reporting to relevant authorities.
If you have a complaint, contact Bizzo’s support team first. If unresolved within 14 days, you may escalate the matter to your state or territory gaming regulator.
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be posted on the website and emailed to active players at least 14 days beforehand.
